Each session, while independent, forms part of a broader cycle exploring the most significant political and social shifts in contemporary Mexican life.
Carlos Navarro has a binational professional background: he worked as a political and media analyst for the CIA’s Open Source Center, producing analysis on Mexican affairs for policymakers, and later served as Head of Strategic Analysis in the Office of the President of Mexico, where he developed public policy recommendations.
