Bequest of Percentage of an Estate

“I hereby give, devise and bequeath [percentage] of my estate to Funds for the Biblioteca Publica Inc, a nonprofit, tax-exempt California corporation, for the benefit of the Biblioteca Publica and its general use to be determined by the current Board of Directors and Executive Director.”
