Eco Niños is a learning and exploration program that takes place in rural schools in San Miguel de Allende, where children discover the world through nature, curiosity, and hands-on experiences.

Since 2024, the program has been offered through regular sessions at three rural schools in San Miguel de Allende:

Pedro Moreno School, Salitrillo
Simón Bolívar School, Pantoja
Independencia School, Flores de Begoña

Throughout the program, Eco Niños, with the support of Audubon A.C., explore topics such as seeds, soil and composting, pollinator gardens, trees, and wildlife, building meaningful connections with the natural world around them.

In collaboration with Feed the Hungry San Miguel, they also strengthen their imagination and learning through the programs “A Day at La Biblioteca” and “Feed the Mind,” while engaging with their environment through field experiences, including visits to the Allende Reservoir.

Every experience is an invitation to learn, observe, and recognize that we are all part of nature.
